The car offers a 1197cc engine displacement with 4 cylinders, which can be considered good as it’s a sedan, and the fuel type provided by the company is petrol and CNG. The max power provided by the car is 89 bhp @ 6000 rpm and max torque  is 113 Nm @ 4400 rpm. 

The car comes with a 5 speed manual gearbox which is smooth, and comes with automatic gear shift technology. The fuel tank capacity that has been given is 37 liters and with this fuel capacity the given driving range is 829 kms. Maruti Suzuki claims that the mileage of the Swift Dzire VXI can go up to 22.41 kms per litre for the petrol and can do 31.12 km per kg for the CNG model given the favorable conditions.

The Dzire comes equipped with features that take care of the safety of all the passengers. For overspeeding you’ll 1 beep when the car goes over 80kmph, and there’ll be continuous beeps over 120kmph.
